It is samsung new technology-a step up from plasma and lcd. I have seen it at best buy and the picture looks awesome. I was reading reviews on amazon and there were some issues with the corner of the t.v. When there are dark scenes from a movie and bluring on sports games...

Out of 61 reviews @amazon 37 were 5-star...

Thanks...

I don't have the new LED but I have a Samsung Plasma and love it. I feel Samsung is the best when it comes to large screen clarity.

I agree that Samsung is one of the best LCD TVs right now. I have one myself, a 32" 1080p, and it rocks even with SD signals.

do remember that the tv is still and lcd display, it just uses led as a backlight instead of a fluorescent... not to diminish the importance, as i agree they look outstanding.

I think we all need to rush out and go buy a Samsung TV right now!

(Isn't this where it's all going?)
